After interviewing the facilities who’s residents they serve, and the families of their patients, to understand if the brand was still connecting to deliver value. This uncovered a 98% satisfaction and enough input for us to accurately articulate their unique value proposition. It was also evident that it was time to revitalize their brand identity to remain relevant.
