  3. Offer Exciting Rewards: The rewards you set for your patients to promote your business need to be worth the effort they put into bringing people into your office. These rewards can be discounts at your office or something simple like an electronic toothbrush. While these are good options to have, you might also want to opt for gift cards as that can more people excited to take part in the program.
  4. Make Sure Your Staff is Involved: Check frequently that each member of your staff is actively involved in the program. Everyone should have a good number of forms in their pocket so that they can hand them out to any patient they see. This will also allow you to track the success of your program and see if you need to make any improvements.
